I'm getting question marks and validation errors when installing my font?

The question marks error happens when trying to install any of the font files from the web font package. Web fonts cannot be used (nor are they licensed for use) in desktop environments and or applications, as well they will not work correctly or even install. These details and more are covered in our Web Font License. If you need your font for both web (html) and desktop (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft applications) use, you will need to purchase both the web font and desktop formats.

If you purchased only one of the font buying options (desktop or web font) on their own but intended to purchase the bundle option for the discounted price, this can easily be corrected by visiting the Manage License section of your account at YouWorkForThem (you can login with your Fontpath user details).

Why is my credit card being declined?

Your billing address must match exactly as it appears on your bank statement, including full U.S. zip codes (ZIP+4 if required) and correct international formatting. 99.9% of declines are due to a billing mismatch, and only your bank can fix this. If your payment is declined, contact your bank to confirm your details and verify the charge. They may have outdated info or flag it as unusual activity.

The font looks different than what is shown on your site, where are the swash-like letters?

You need to enable (or disable) the OpentType features for the font. Each application handles OpenType a little different, so we suggest you review your applications documentation for details. I need a printable receipt/invoice that also shows a VAT registration number.

A printable receipt can be found in the Order History section of your account. YouWorkForThem, Inc is an American registered and operating company so we do not have a VAT number.
