Leksen Design
Andrea Leksen is a meticulous type designer, graphic designer, and educator. She serves clients through her studio, Leksen Design, specializing in type design and font management. After receiving a Master of Design degree from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in Scotland, Leksen taught design and typography for fifteen years. Currently, she does type design and production for Microsoft and directs font management at Amazon. Leksen's font releases include TMC Notebook, Alasassy, Mr Gabe, Nordeco, Nordique Pro, and Bemis. In-between font releases, she is most likely found parenting, playing piano, gardening, sailing, or dancing.
