Account & Data Deletion

Your relationship with us is built on trust, a trust we intend to uphold by respecting your privacy and autonomy. Should you decide that you no longer wish to maintain an account with us, the protocol for account deletion depends on your account activity.

Accounts with No Transaction History: If you have created an account but never made a purchase or downloaded any items, including free ones, you are entitled to request the deletion of your account and data. You can initiate this request by reaching out to us through our contact page or via a support ticket.

Accounts with Transaction History: For those who have made a license purchase or have downloaded items, please understand that we are obliged to retain your account information. This is due to the licenses you have purchased being perpetually in your name, thus necessitating the information's archival in your account. The account will be removed and disabled, but all data about previous orders for licensing will remain documented in our records.

A Timely Response
We are aware that your time is valuable, and we strive to process all account deletion requests in a timely manner. Regardless of your account type, once we receive your request for account deletion through contact or support ticket, we commit to processing it within 5 business days, in alignment with industry standards.

This is a testament to our pledge to offer you not just ease and accessibility but also peace of mind in managing your account information. For additional queries regarding account deletion or any other aspect of our privacy policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
